Common questions

I bought something and didn't get it.

Open the Shop and tap Restore Purchases. If the item still doesn't appear, email us with the date of the purchase. Apple handles all payments and refunds, and you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I lost my progress.

Progress is saved on your device. Deleting the game deletes your progress. Purchases tied to your Apple ID can be restored from the Shop.

How do the leaderboards work?

Sign in to Game Center in your device's Settings. Every Endless run posts your score to the weekly leaderboard, which resets every Monday, and to the all-time leaderboard.

How do I turn off sounds, vibration or reminders?

Sound and vibration can be switched off in the game's pause menu. Reminders can be turned off in Settings > Notifications > GemStorm.
